During the past weeks, we've been hearing a lot of data about the Nokia X6, the HMD Global's new phone. The company is expected to launch the Nokia X6 on the 16th of May, which is likely to collide with the launch of the OnePlus 6.
The Nokia X6 will be arriving with a notched display design like the iPhone X. The above image shows that it has a slightly thick bottom bezel that features the Nokia branding. The notch contains a camera, a tiny earpiece and a proximity sensor.
Now, the Nokia X6 official announcement will take place on May 16th, so the waiting time is very short now, as in just 24 hours we will know everything about the new Nokia handset. Under the hood, the smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636/660 Octa-core chipset with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. Nokia is known to keep the OS close to stock Android so it isn't surprising that the X6 will run the latest version of Android OS, Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Like every other Nokia smartphone, the Nokia 6 is also expected to offer a micro SD card slot for additional storage expansion. The resultant screenshot was published to China's microblogging site Weibo, including specs, price and a front-back expose. The dual rear cameras are equipped with features like AI and HDR.
The TENNA listing has revealed that the upcoming Nokia smartphone will come with dual-SIM support, Bluetooth v5.0 and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Earlier reports had revealed that the Nokia X6 will come in two models - 3GB and 4GB RAM. Having said that, Nokia X6 when it comes to India will compete against the likes of phones like Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. The smartphone will also feature a 5.8-inch full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:9.
